My Approach to Helping

The challenges facing us in life are many. There are constant demands made of us as individuals, couples and in our families. We find ourselves stressed, tired and with little time for ourselves.

Clients come into therapy to help themselves deal with life's challenges. That may be marital conflict or parenting dilemmas for one client, or it may be depression, anxiety, grief or trauma for another.

My goal is to provide a safe, caring and confidential place where you can build skills, develop options, resolve conflicts and feel more clear and competent in life. My approach is optimistic, present-focused and compassionate. Through therapy you can discover your personal strengths and live an intentional life full of meaning and self-fulfillment.
