What's My Approach to Therapy?

In my therapy work, I take a practical, collaborative approach focused on helping you understand patterns, build skills you can use right away, and make steady progress toward goals that matter to you. Sessions are tailored to your needs and may include evidence-based strategies (such as coping tools, behavioral changes, and problem-solving) while also making space to process stressors and emotions in a supportive, nonjudgmental setting. If, during the course of therapy appointments, medication appears clinically indicated, we can discuss treatment options and include medication management as part of your care. Please note that controlled medications are not prescribed.

My Practice & Services

I aim to make therapy feel clear and useful—not overwhelming. We’ll set goals together, check in on progress, and adjust our plan as needed. If medication becomes appropriate during the course of therapy, we can discuss options and incorporate medication management into your care. Please note: controlled medications are not prescribed.

Groups I Work With

I work with adolescents and adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, and burnout, trauma-related concerns, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I also support individuals navigating attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD)-related difficulties, emotional regulation, self-esteem, grief and loss, and adjustment to work, school, or family changes. My practice is a good fit for high-functioning professionals who feel overwhelmed, “stuck,” or mentally exhausted, and want practical tools alongside a supportive space to process what they’re going through. If clinically appropriate, medication options can also be discussed and included as part of care during therapy appointments (controlled medications are not prescribed).
