Whether this exploration was recent or in the past, in a circle, individually, or with a partner, having a space to weave the insights from the alternative states of consciousness into everyday life is key. This circle will be a collaborative cauldron wherein the transformations that may have occurred and the mythical mysteries revealed can be explored. This Integration Circle is designed for women who have had a psychedelic experience and desire a space to process and allow the seeds that were planted then, to bloom now. Psychedelic experiences need and take time to integrate the psyche and the spirit through the soma. This group will utilize multiple modalities to assist in the integration process. Please come prepared with a pen(cil), notebook, any coloring materials (crayons, pencils of a variety of colors, pastels, paints), an open heart, and mind. Wear comfortable clothing as some breathwork will be introduced. Pillow and eyeshades suggested for restorative practices. a candle (electric or open flame), and an altar item. QUANTITY: 1 PURCHASE Integration: Post psychedelic experience, there is much of your internal landscape that may have been revealed to you that you may not have had access prior to the experience. There is a cornucopia of information to process. There may have been emotions, sensations, thoughts, and new understandings of behaviors that now need to be synthesized (or integrated). Process of integration: Some people choose to write, draw, sing, create music, record dreams following the experience, talk in therapy, receive energy work, do yoga and meditation, engage in depth psychotherapy, consult with a spiritual teacher or guide as ways of integrating.
