The "Third Act" is a time for growth, change, and new possibilities. Are you a woman looking to explore this chapter with others on the same journey? The virtual group meets every other Tuesday evening from 5:15 pm to 6:30 pm. As of fall 2026, there is one opening in this group.

How to Register

After an initial no-charge telephone consultation, interested women complete two pre-group assessment sessions ($175 each) to gather background/history, discuss goals, and prepare them for the group. If your insurance has out-of-network benefits, the assessment sessions may be reimbursable.
