Stress is part of life, but chronic stress can wear people down in ways that self-care tips don't fix. This workshop helps participants recognize when stress has crossed the line and what support can look like. By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to: Recognize signs of ongoing stress, differentiate short-term stress from chronic stress, and describe when outside support may be helpful.
