How to Register

The group offers a unique opportunity to experience the wisdom, support, and perspective of other women. Members tend to have good self-awareness and insight and are consistently supportive of one another. As participants deepen their understanding of themselves, the group as a whole evolves--members become catalysts for each other's growth and change. My groups are ongoing; when a current member leaves, an opening becomes available for a new participant. For many women, the group becomes an important touchstone. A valued space for increasing self-knowledge, authenticity, and connection. This is a non-clinical, non-healthcare service and is not designed to treat mental health conditions. Participation begins with three virtual assessment sessions to determine mutual fit, gather background information, and help prepare the prospective member for group membership. Need more info?
