Self-improvement starts here by learning how better coping skills can positively change your life. Here's a reframe: You are not a bad person but just have poor coping skills. Adults 20 years of age and over are invited to attend. Curriculum is based on 10-chapters. Once you graduate, you are eligible to continue to attend classes for no fee. We love our graduates. A one-time enrollment appointment is required prior to attending classes. $75. Each class is 1 hour in length. $30. Attend all 10 chapters to graduate. All are welcome: voluntary, HR referred, company-suggested, attorney-suggested, and court-ordered individuals. This Anger Management Program was O.C. Dept of Probation-Approved in 2012 and remains in good standing. This simply means that this program is recognized by the Courts in Orange County, California.
