About Our Center

Newport Healthcare's residential treatment program in Utah, near Salt Lake City, is tailored for teens who are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use, eating issues, or other mental health concerns. Our Utah residential treatment center provides intensive, structured care for adolescents ages 13–17, including psychiatric services and medication management, individual and group therapy, a robust family therapy component, and experiential modalities like art, music, movement, and adventure therapy. Upon admission, each teen takes part in a comprehensive assessment that shapes their individualized treatment plan, ensuring therapies are matched to their unique needs. Our care teams work closely with family and referring providers to optimize the impact of treatment and build a continuing care plan for after discharge.
