What's My Approach to Therapy?

My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and understood. Whether you are coming to therapy to set healthy boundaries with others, reframe your anxious thoughts, process your parenting, think through how internal family dynamics affect you, navigate transitions, manage neurodivergence, or navigate your sexual orientation and gender identity, I'm here to support. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together. I take a direct, warm, relational approach to help you express yourself authentically, gain insight into your patterns, reframe negative self-talk, and strengthen how you cope.

I offer online therapy during the day, Monday through Friday.

My therapeutic style is eclectic and particularly mindful of how intersecting identities influence an individual's experiences. I specialize in supporting people navigating attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), LGBTQIA+ identities, parenting, anxiety, transitions, and depression.

Email now to schedule a free phone consultation to see if working together would be a good fit for you. You can also schedule an intake directly through my website.
