My Approach to Helping
“You’re a person, not a diagnosis.” That phrase appears on my website and my business cards because it goes to the heart of my philosophy about therapy. While diagnoses may be helpful for medical treatments, you’re a real-live person with real life hopes, dreams, and problems. You need someone who cares to listen to you with respect. In our sessions, we’ll first explore your family of original and determine if any of your current problems started when you were much younger. Then, together, we’ll map out a plan to deal with those problems.
