I am Debbie James, and I am currently licensed in the state of Georgia as a professional counselor. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and their families on coping with feelings of anxiety, stress, and depression. I have a background in athletics and also work with individuals struggling with anxiety and enhancing their athletic performance.

I believe it is important to meet every individual where they are, so I utilize a person-centered approach to tailor every session to meet the client's unique needs. Every individual has a rich story that influences how they cope with everyday stressors, and together we will discover how and why they cope the way they do and how to improve their daily functioning.
