What's My Approach to Therapy?
Hello, I'm Liza. My priority is to provide a safe and comfortable space for my clients to identify and work on their therapeutic goals. I aim to make therapy a client-led process and adaptive to clients' specific needs. I specialize in women’s health, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), anxiety, grief, and depression, and feel passionate about supporting clients along the path of healing and growth. I also enjoy working with couples and families to improve dynamics and establish more fulfilling relationships. I believe in a systemic and holistic view of people, relationships, and health. I also integrate mindfulness and body-based somatic practices into sessions.
