My Approach to Helping
At times, life can present challenges for all of us. Whether you need support for current challenges or you're dealing with issues from the past, you don't have to do it alone. Therapy provides a safe, confidential environment to work on challenges, increase self awareness and change problematic behaviors. As a therapist, I help my clients identify options to improve their life situations as well as gain insight, skills and healing.
My style is direct and interactive; as well as respectful, warm, supportive and compassionate. My philosophy is a strength based, integrative approach that honors the complexity and uniqueness of each client.
I am results oriented in that I help people translate their insight and awareness into the behavioral change they desire. I am passionate about supporting you on your journey to live, learn, love and grow.
