What's My Approach to Therapy?

I get it, looking through therapist profiles and trying to pick one is like looking at online dating profiles. Do you swipe right or left, and how do you know if the one you are picking isn’t experiencing more challenges than you, right? Well, one thing I can tell you about me is that if we are not a good fit, I have wonderful colleagues I can refer you to.

In all seriousness, I appreciate the therapy room for what it offers to all who enter its doors. It provides a space for healing, growth, self-awareness, and much more. My approach to therapy guides each of my clients toward their goals in this environment.

I have been trained and/or certified in different modalities of therapeutic interventions. I use these to help me identify the best course of treatment to use with my clients to help them find what they are looking for from therapy.
