My practice is called Rooted Life Counseling Center. Our mission is to support individuals and families who desire to improve their lives and relationships. We specialize in Christian counseling and offer EMDR, DBT, and other theoretical frames to meet client needs. I can help process past issues, work though current issues, and shape a future that includes growth and healing. I offer individual, couple, child, and family therapy. Rooted Life Counseling Center also holds classes and groups to help people learn and heal in a community setting.
