What's My Approach to Therapy?

I employ a bio-behavioral approach to assist in processing and integration of emotional responses and resultant problematic behaviors or relational difficulty. I espouse a biopsychosocial model that addresses both emotional and physiologic responses and their impact on individual and interpersonal functioning. I strongly believe that my clients come to me already possessing the answers to their presenting problems, and I see myself as a guide walking side by side on their path, finding ground, moving forward on the path and bringing aspirations into fruition.
