I draw from evidence-based approaches like acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based strategies—but therapy is always tailored to you. My style is engaged and collaborative. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer honest reflections, and help you challenge what’s keeping you stuck in a way that feels both supportive and empowering.
