Welcome! With a warm, strengths-based therapeutic style, I bring my love of self-compassion to work with individuals. My specialties include OCD, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, Anxiety, Panic, Body Acceptance, Depression, Self-Esteem, Trauma, Grief, Loss, Life Transitions, Boundaries, Relationship Issues, Men’s Issues, Faith-Based Issues, and Mindful-Awareness. I utilize acceptance and mindfulness-based therapies to increase self and relational awareness. My approach is collaborative, affirming a person’s strengths to develop skills that help them move forward in creating their life stories and toward meaningful life goals.
