I believe that you have the ability to live a fulfilling life despite having had negative personal experiences. As an objective and supporting professional, I can help you to discover your blind-spots. You can move into a new and more positive direction in your life.
More Info About My Practice
Because I do not accept insurance, I will be able to provide assistance without a mental health diagnosis. I am the trained professional who can best determine treatment. I will also be more flexible regarding length of session and length of treatment because I am not bound by predetermined specifications that third party providers use.
The Duration and Frequency of Therapy
Some people need clarity with a difficult situation or decision they need to make. Others may have to spend more time working through, and clearing out, old traumas. Everyone is different. You may find that two or three visits helps. Some may need or want twice a week sessions for a jump-start to wellness. I am here to help you decide what is best for you.
