My Approach to Helping
I utilize an individualized therapeutic approach with each client, and believe in an integrative healing process since there cannot be true emotional wellness without physical and spiritual clarity and health. By providing warm compassion, unconditional acceptance, and gentle but direct guidance, clients gain self-awareness and personal power, as they begin to look within themselves rather than allowing external factors and people to provide personal validation, love, approval. I guide clients as they heal old emotional wounds and family imprints, which unknowingly leads to constant self-doubt, fear, unhealthy patterns, and unfulfilling relationships. My goal as your therapist is to support each client to trust their own "gut" and to live authentically. When we can finally just be who we are, we then feel confident, purposeful, and loving.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I am truly passionate about helping females who are weighed down with old patterns, faulty beliefs, and feelings of "not being enough." I have sat on the "other side" of therapy as a client for many years, and I continually strive to grow through my personal work. Therapy has completely changed my life, and it has certainly made me a more understanding, compassionate, and relatable therapist. I absolutely love witnessing the authentic, joyful, and loving individual, who emerges from personal healing and discovery.
My Role as a Therapist
My role as a Psychotherapist is to support, inspire, educate, and guide clients on their own path of personal growth, discovery, and self-acceptance. My goal is to help each client realize that their external reality is only a "mirror" or a projection of their internal reality. With a warm, compassionate, and loving approach, I gently but directly guide clients to look within, rather than seeking their truth externally. As one identifies, heals, and releases emotional wounds from the past, we begin to live from a more authentic and loving place. No longer is the client struggling for approval and acceptance from others, but they begin to attract genuinely fulfilling and positive experiences and relationships into their lives!
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
I believe that anyone who chooses to seek therapy is someone who wishes to grow and evolve as an empowered human being. This is a sign of a person, who is courageous and self-loving. As a therapist, I provide a comfortable, accepting, and safe space, and at the same time, I like each client to know that I have done and continue to do my own personal work. My continued personal growth has made me a compassionate, understanding, self-aware, and knowledgeable psychotherapist.
