My Approach to Helping
Life can be challenging at times and those challenges can be disrupting in life at times. I am a caring, compassionate, and empathetic person and I find it a privilege to walk with people on their their journey of better mental health and to become happier. I have over 10 years of experiencing as a therapist. I work with individuals and couples work through many issues that may be concerning them such as life changes, anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and many other situations people struggle with in their lives and possibly on a daily basis.
