My Approach to Helping

If you want to feel more connected to others and more in control of your body, Sacred Core Counseling can help. If you're looking for stress management skills, recovery from trauma or struggling with addiction, we see you and want to support you. Mental Health Matters.
We specialize in relationally-based therapy. Placing high value on the relationship between therapist-client for essential healing. We promote somatic (body-centered) awareness and nervous system regulation. Helping you become more attuned to potential barriers to connection and triggered stress responses.
We invite you to check out our website and contact us directly to schedule a complimentary, free 20-minute phone consultation to discuss how we can help and if we are a good fit for your healing journey.

More Info About My Practice

We serve clients in various locations across several states (i.e. Tennessee, Maine, North Carolina, Colorado). We are taking only virtual appointments at this time.

Virtual Groups
Women-Supporting-Women
We are offering an adult, women-identified group. We will discuss stress-management techniques, nervous system functioning, emotional-mental needs, societal pressures, etc. This group will focus on the topics that women need most, by peers with shared experiences. It will be a 6-week, 8-person (max) closed group. Meaning that in order to provide the safest environment possible, it will be recommended for folks to show up weekly to support fellow members.
Every Thursday 8pm - 9pm EST
$25 per weekly group (total of $150)

#Mental health matters
We are offering a young adult group (18 and up), geared towards the issues impacting generation Z. In the age of social media and life post-COVID, this group will support young adults in adjusting to what it means to be more independent and to come into this next stage of life. With an overarching theme of self acceptance and compassion. It will be a 6-week, 10-person (max) closed group. Meaning that in order to provide the safest environment possible, it will be recommended for folks to show up weekly to support fellow members.
Every Tuesday 6pm - 7pm EST
$25 per weekly group (total of $150)
