With incorporating, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) in helping individuals, couples, and families I help clients to live their best life and gain the confidence within themselves to do that. My approach to therapy is guided by compassion and utilizing creativity to help clients achieve their personal goals in overcoming, healing and growing.

We also have a PA who is able to provide medication management.
