You are searching for some help. That is the first, most important thing you can do!
So, what's up??

1. Are you and/or your relationship stagnant and stuck in the same old patterns that have kept you in a depressing, frustrated loop for years?

2. On your knees from a major event, illness or transition? Feel profoundly alone and despairing that all is lost?

3. Already done some personal growth and longing for even MORE happiness and satisfaction?

4. Or...whatever is going on for you, you CAN shift into creating what you want.

All you need for positive and permanent change is the desire and commitment to have it. I'll support you with the rest so you can find your own best, essential answers.

You will find me engaged, vibrant and interactive with you in our sessions. Gently, consistently and with humor, I challenge and support you to experiment with new ways of responding to your life. If you want things to be different you have to do things differently. You will learn a whole new set of skills that will give you the creative tools you need for your transformation.

I have definitely been there, in a deep dark hole. I was controlled by old notions of myself and spent years of my life in horrible depression, serial illness and seemingly intractable misery. One day I had had enough and I challenged myself to make solid change. I wanted MORE for myself. So I persevered and I did it. I can honestly tell you I am no longer a depressed, sick person. I am happy, full of good humor and energy and excited about the next thing in life. You can be too!

Do you want to change the old channel and tune into your exquisite wholeness?
Ready to commit to being fully present to yourself and learn what you most want to learn so you can experience the creative, alive and joyful you?
Then let's go!

I provide a context of playful, compassionate curiosity. You'll debunk the old worn-out stories you carry about yourself so you can make new ones that serve your happiness. You'll learn how to focus on what IS working and develop way more of that! You'll settle for no less than the life you really want.

I invite you to a complimentary, 30-minute session with me so you can see if I'm a fit for you.
I'm available in person, by phone, FaceTime or Skype. I look forward to meeting you!

More Info About My Practice

As a wilderness guide and co-founder of EarthWays, LLC, I am delighted to introduce you to the powerful healing available to you in your connection with nature. Your therapy can include life-affirming support in the renewing outdoors! There is great wisdom and peace found in nature...abundant guidance is there for the taking when we open our awareness to the ways and cycles of the natural world. You belong to a wonderfully large and regenerative web of life and this can be a potent part of your healing.

Body Intelligence:

There is great wisdom within your body. Your physicality is the miraculous vehicle through which you experience everything in your life. You can discover rich information carried in a gesture, a posture or some chronic physical pain. You'll learn skills for connecting deeply with your body-mind and enjoy playful activities that can profoundly shift your whole perspective on life. Much of this is inspired by my advanced training with The Hendricks Institute. Step into an enlightening relationship with your entire being!

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

When I want things to be different in my life, I know I actually have to DO something differently, or it won't happen. Right?? I absolutely LOVE assisting people to do things differently. So they can make the profound, positive shifts they want to make.

I love inviting my clients to create bone deep, personal revolution. So I get to witness their profound kick-ass evolution!

I love that therapy does not have to be painful! My office rocks with refreshingly playful and embodied activities that allow for friendly, embodied and enjoyable transformation.

I love bringing humor into the therapy session because,'s FUN! And studies have proven that when we are playing and having fun, change happens more easily, quickly and permanently.

I love the innovative, revitalizing approach I bring, that my clients no longer need to wade endlessly through all the muck of their past. (THAT is deadening!) Instead we touch in briefly to the old history and then focus on reinforcing what IS working and move forward from there.

I love how inspired I am by my clients' devotion to creating their desired change so that life is full and rich instead of simply mediocre. I'm truly grateful for this inspiration because it's enlivening for my life as well!
