My approach is to help you release pent up pain, hurt, and trauma that has become an obstacle for you and your relationships. I don't focus on the symptoms but rather what is causing your symptoms and then I help you address the core issues. Once those are addressed adequately then your symptoms will either decrease or cease. I specialize in Family Centered Regulatory Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, Post Abortion Counseling and Child/Adolescent Therapy. When you feel safe and know that you will not be judged, healing and growth will happen. In addition I have the experience, training and compassion that will help you to achieve rapid results.
