RYSE Wellness is a private, six-bed residential mental health program for adults in Fallbrook. Our close-knit clinical team provides 24/7 support, individualized therapy, psychiatric care, and whole-person services in a calm North County San Diego setting.
About Our Center
Choosing residential treatment is a significant decision. RYSE Wellness offers adults a focused place to step away from daily pressures and engage in consistent, individualized mental health care. Our small six-bed setting allows the clinical team to know each client closely and adjust treatment as needs, strengths, and goals become clearer.
Care begins with a thorough clinical assessment and a personalized plan. Depending on individual needs, treatment may include psychiatric evaluation, medication management, individual and group psychotherapy, family sessions, case management, life-skills support, experiential activities, and coordinated discharge planning. Our clinicians draw from approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), brainspotting, mindfulness-based work, narrative therapy, and somatic or creative practices when clinically appropriate. Quantitative electroencephalography (qEEG) brain mapping may also inform individualized treatment planning.
RYSE serves adults experiencing depression, anxiety conditions, obsessive compulsion (OCD), bipolar, trauma and posttraumatic stress (PTSD), psychotic conditions, borderline personality, and other complex mental health concerns. We can support co-occurring substance-use needs when mental health is the primary focus. RYSE does not provide detoxification, crisis stabilization, partial hospitalization program (PHP), or intensive outpatient program (IOP) services.
Clients receive 24/7 support in a calm residential environment in Fallbrook, with access to comfortable living spaces, outdoor areas, structured daily programming, and whole-person services. Family participation and aftercare planning are incorporated when appropriate to help clients prepare for the next stage of care.
RYSE accepts private pay and works with many out-of-network insurance benefits. The admissions team can provide a confidential consultation, verify benefits, and discuss whether the program may be an appropriate fit.
