About Our Center
Beachside Rehab is a family-owned, private addiction and mental health treatment center in West Palm Beach, Florida. Our residential program is set on a purpose-built, 5-acre private campus with a maximum of 34 beds, creating an intimate, luxury environment where clients receive the time, attention, and clinical depth that larger facilities can't offer. Beachside Rehab is accredited by The Joint Commission and holds its Gold Seal of Approval, a mark of our commitment to safety and quality care.
Treatment is guided by the Beachside Model for Recovery™, an individualized approach that treats substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions together rather than in isolation. Care is overseen by a board-certified psychiatrist serving as Medical Director, and our 5:1 client-to-staff ratio means no one gets lost in the crowd. Therapist caseloads are kept small, typically 6 to 10 clients, so every person has a clinician who knows their history, goals, and progress.
Our clinical team is trained in evidence-based and trauma-focused therapies. Therapists are trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and NeuroAffective Relational Model® (NARM®), two approaches that help clients process trauma and the relational patterns that often drive addiction. Treatment plans also draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to reshape unhelpful thinking, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to build emotional regulation and distress tolerance, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to strengthen values-based living, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients understand and heal the different parts of themselves.
Beachside Rehab offers specialized programming for clients whose needs go beyond standard addiction treatment. Our trauma program serves individuals living with complex posttraumatic stress (PTSD), providing trauma-informed care in a setting built for safety and stability. We also treat treatment-resistant depression, supporting clients who haven't found lasting relief through previous care. Each day combines individual therapy, small-group sessions, psychiatric care, and holistic support, all coordinated by one treatment team.
Life on campus is designed to feel restorative, not institutional. Serene, private grounds give clients space to rest, reflect, and reconnect away from the pressures of daily life. Private rooms are available for clients who want additional privacy. Comfortable common areas, nourishing meals, and quiet outdoor spaces support the work happening in therapy and help clients build routines they'll carry home.
Recovery doesn't end at discharge. Every client leaves with a personalized aftercare plan, including step-down options through our outpatient partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient programs (IOP), and recovery residences, so progress continues long after residential treatment. It's recovery that stays with you.
