My Approach to Helping
Life is a wonderful thing. In it, there will be experiences that will lead us to disconnect from our true selves. This disconnection can result in anxiety, depression, and other symptoms. My approach is a client-centered approach with a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) focus to help you gain awareness and promote healing of your inner self. Trauma leads to a disconnection of body, mind, and soul which can cause our wires to get crossed, resulting in thoughts of guilt, shame, and confusion. Rewriting the way to understand trauma and emotional pain is a way of overcoming but don’t do it alone, let me walk alongside you to support you in this complexed process.
