What's My Approach to Therapy?
I offer therapy that helps you move forward. Whether you're struggling in love and relationships, searching for greater resilience and inner strength, seeking more joy in life, or wrestling with questions of meaning and purpose, I will help you address what life has placed before you. My approach is evidence-based and draws on decades of experience to uncover the patterns that hold you back, so we can work together to create lasting change. I believe therapy should be a turning point. Together, we will find and follow a path—however non-linear—toward a richer, more balanced, and less painful life.
I bring 29 years of experience as a therapist in the U.S. and Europe, multiple books and publications, and seven years of advanced training at the C.G. Jung Institute of Chicago—one of the few institutes in the U.S. accredited by the ABAP, the gold standard of therapy education. I now serve as co-director of its two-year training program, where I help guide the next generation of therapists. To me, the heart of therapy is the unique relationship between therapist and client. Healing happens through conscious, responsible work on both sides. I love this profession and believe there is always more to learn.
I work at Archive, a company committed to raising standards in therapy. We bring together rigorously trained professionals and offer therapy that is thoughtful, structured, and focused on lasting impact. Rooted in the belief that “you can only help someone as far as you have gone yourself,” my colleagues and I are committed to our own journeys of growth—drawing from great psychologists and great literature to bring depth to our work. At Archive, we believe therapy is one of the most meaningful investments you can make in yourself.
