My Approach to Helping

I am a licensed mental health counselor providing virtual therapy services through Willow Behavioral Health. Dedicated to empowering her clients, I tailor my approach to your unique needs. Through compassionate guidance, I strive to create a supportive space for healing and self-discovery.

More Info About My Practice

Willow Health provides short-term, virtual care for individuals in mental health crises. Our team of psychiatrists, therapists, nurse practitioners, and certified peers creates personalized care plans to help guide your treatment needs. We also have a nursing after-hours line to help with crises that occur after hours. (This will not be with your regular care team.)

Our services are short-term in nature, lasting between 8-12 weeks depending on your needs. This means that at the end of your time with us, we’ll make sure you’re connected to ongoing care and support to continue your recovery outside of Willow Health.

Getting started is simple. You can schedule an initial assessment as soon as today, virtually, from the comfort of your home. Your first meeting will last about 90 minutes. You’ll talk with a therapist and a psychiatrist or psychiatric NP who will help design a treatment plan that works for you. Depending on your needs, your care may include medication management, therapy (including specialized support for thoughts of self-harm), and care management. Additionally, you’ll have the option to participate in recovery coaching, which includes working with a peer recovery coach, someone who has lived experience with mental health and substance use, and who will support you through your recovery journey.

Please give us a call with any questions before your appointment!
