My Approach to Helping

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don’t serve you, I’m here to help. I specialize in supporting adults through trauma, life transitions, and challenges with relationships, including those impacted by narcissism. Together, we’ll create a safe space for healing, explore your past, and work towards building emotional resilience. My approach is grounded in empathy, somatic techniques, and effective trauma healing strategies. Let’s walk this journey together, step by step, towards the life you desire.

More Info About My Practice

In my practice, I provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your past, heal from trauma, and build the life you want. I work with individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges like post-traumatic stress, narcissistic relationships, divorce, and life transitions. I offer both regular therapy sessions and intensive sessions for those looking to dive deeper into their healing journey. These intensives can be a powerful way to fast-track your growth and create lasting change. Together, we’ll work toward healing, connection, and lasting transformation.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

My own struggles have deeply shaped who I am as a therapist. I?ve walked through the challenges of trauma, healing, and the complexities of relationships. This has given me a deep understanding of what it feels like to be stuck and uncertain. I?m not just here to guide you?I truly get it. My personal journey allows me to connect with you on a deeper level and offer the empathy, support, and understanding that I believe are vital in the healing process. You don?t have to navigate this path alone.

Importance of the Client-Therapist Alliance

The client-therapist relationship is one of the most important aspects of healing. I believe that in order for meaningful work to happen, there must be trust, safety, and a genuine connection. I want you to feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. Together, we?ll create a space where you can open up, be vulnerable, and begin to make lasting change. Your journey is unique, and I?m honored to walk alongside you as we build a strong, trusting partnership.
