My practice provides a supportive and collaborative space for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), and perinatal challenges. I focus on helping clients build emotional regulation skills, improve organization and focus, and strengthen self-compassion. Sessions are tailored to meet each person’s unique needs, blending evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based strategies. I aim to create a warm and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel understood and empowered to make meaningful change.
