My Approach to Helping
I believe we are all doing the best we can, given our life experiences and circumstances, while at the same time understanding the capacity we each possess to build and strengthen the skills needed to create the lives we want to live. I use an integrative approach to best honor each person’s individual needs and strengths. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can be their genuine and authentic selves. I work to build real relationships with my clients and allow the relationship to be an avenue for change and growth.
