My Approach to Helping

If you want a chance to know all parts of yourself—especially those you wish didn’t exist—bringing love and compassion to wounded places that have been in the dark; if you want to do deep healing work you intuitively know you need, but that has seemed to allude you; if you want to experience the freedom of having some separation from your parts, being in relationship to them instead of reactively acting or speaking from them; and if you want to feel better about yourself, enjoy life and relationships more, and trust that you can face hard things, endure pain, experience grief, and truly be okay then I may be a good fit for you.

More Info About My Practice

I am a level-2 trained IFS therapist, practicing the IFS model for 10 years, and am Hakomi certified. I bring a breadth and depth of experience supporting people’s parts and systems. I offer experiential psychotherapy, guiding you to make discoveries inside yourself and bring healing to abandoned or or rejected parts of yourself.

Groups I Work With

I love supporting other IFS-trained therapists and practitioners, as well as people who are brand new to IFS and curious about how it’s different than other therapy modalities. I work to create a container that welcomes all parts, while maintaining safety by expecting self-responsibility and holding appropriate boundaries. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is welcoming of marginalized groups, including Black, Indigenous, Asian, Latino, and all people of color, trans, non-binary and gender queer folx, queer folx, Autistic, ADHD and neurodivergent people, fat people, and disabled people. I’m committed to examining and unpacking my own biases and do this work with support.
