My Approach to Helping
I believe that you are beautiful and worthy, and that your life can reflect great love and joy. I understand how far-fetched that belief can seem if you are suffering. If you secretly wish you didn't exist, hate parts of yourself, are grappling with depression, anxiety, or trauma, or if your relationships are hurtful, it can feel over time that the problem is *you*. You may be convinced that something is wrong with you, that you are unlovable, unworthy or broken. You might be here looking for someone to fix you.
I don't believe that you need fixing. I believe that you are beautiful and worthy exactly as you are right now--reading these words. I believe you are enough. I would like to help you believe it too.
I offer a supportive, safe place for opening to all of who you are and working towards the life you want, the one you deserve. Coming to accept yourself, healing old wounds, achieving new goals, or getting unstuck can be like exhaling a long held breath. Let yourself breathe.
