I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage
If you’ve struggled with depression, shame, anxiety or self-hate, have tried other therapies, and still aren’t where you want to be; if your reactions aren't changing despite all the work you’re doing; if you logically know you’re deserving of love and care, but have trouble really believing it; if you just want a better relationship with yourself and others; and if you want to enjoy life more, trusting you can face hard things and be okay, then I may be a good fit for you. I aim to provide a gender, queer and neurodiversity affirming space in which to discover, and hopefully love, your extraordinary Self.
My Practice & Services
I am a level-2 trained IFS therapist, practicing the IFS model for 10 years, and am Hakomi certified. I offer experiential psychotherapy, guiding you to make discoveries inside yourself and bring healing to abandoned, rejected or traumatized parts of yourself.
I love supporting other IFS-trained therapists and practitioners, as well as people who are brand new to IFS and curious about how it’s different than other therapy modalities. I am queer and neurodivergent and love working with folx in those communities. I continue to train in providing trans affirming care.
