What's My Approach to Therapy?

I work with people who struggle with anger, trauma, psychosis, and stage-of-life issues such as divorce or loss. I have worked closely with people who are overcoming substance abuse and people who are caught in cycles of domestic violence.

I enjoy using Jungian Depth psychology as a resource to help people explore the depth of their struggles and find hope on the other side. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy as tools to accomplish this.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

Things can get better, and we can be okay-no matter what life brings our way. I enjoy the opportunity to help people explore and move their lives forward. There is always hope, and there is always opportunity to grow.
