What's My Approach to Therapy?
I get truly energized working with anyone ready to grow and do the work! My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel completely comfortable being yourself and sharing what’s on your mind. I approach counseling as a team effort—we’ll work together to set goals and make meaningful progress. While I primarily use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I always tailor my approach to fit your unique needs, drawing on your strengths and incorporating mindfulness and other techniques as needed.
