My Approach to Helping
I believe the relationship between a therapist and client is the most important thing in therapy. I want my clients to feel safe, respected, understood, and cared for as we work together. I strive to create a space that is free of judgment, believes in hope when situations feel hopeless, and offers unconditional acceptance. I welcome feedback and believe open communication is key to successful therapy.
People seek therapy for many reasons, typically when they are hurting, anxious, lost, or just not in the place they want to be in life. Although our stories are unique, we all desire to feel seen, heard, and valued. My goal is for my clients to start each session confidently knowing that I am always on their side, and they will always be met with compassion.
I tailor my approach to each client individually. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We all have different strengths, different perspectives, and different experiences. Together, we will find your way forward.
