What's My Approach to Therapy?
Therapy isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about slowing down enough to truly listen to yourself. At Liminal Bloom Counselling, I work with adults and teens who find themselves in the in-between: when what once felt certain has fallen away, and the next step feels unclear. These transitions can bring anxiety, disconnection, or hopelessness, but they can also open the door to deeper healing and self-understanding. Together, we’ll create a space where you can begin to understand what your mind and body are trying to tell you, reconnect with your inner sense of safety, and move towards authentic, self-led living.
I help clients struggling with eating and body image concerns, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life changes. My approach is depth-oriented and trauma-informed, meaning we go beyond surface symptoms to explore the emotional patterns, protective parts, and stories that shape how you experience yourself and others.
Whether you’re feeling stuck, disconnected from your body, or longing for more authentic relationships, therapy can be a place to slow down, make meaning, and move toward an inner sense of safety and wholeness. If this resonates, I invite you to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. We’ll explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
