What's My Approach to Therapy?
I believe that therapy should be a supportive, collaborative process where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what’s been holding you back and work together toward meaningful change.
Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, or struggling with anxiety, relationships, or identity-related concerns, I’ll work with you to better understand your experiences, clarify your values, and build the skills needed to move forward. I tailor therapy to your unique needs and background, and I welcome clients from all walks of life.
In our work, I value openness, curiosity, and compassion, and humor. My aim is to help you connect more deeply with yourself and others, so you can live the kind of life that feels best for you.
My Practice & Services
I'm a psychologist at Aviva Psychology Services. We have two physical locations in Boston and Northampton, and all providers work with clients virtually. Our dedicated administrative team can provide you with a full overview of our intake process and a benefits check with an estimate of your financial responsibility. We're in-network with BCBS, will be in-network with Aetna on 915, and we can generally submit directly for most Cigna clients. We can also provide superbills to support pursuing insurance reimbursement. We look forward to connecting!

My Therapy Focus
My approach combines Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and relational interventions to tailor treatment to each client?s needs. I strive to create a welcoming, collaborative space where clients feel heard and understood. Together, we explore how past experiences and current challenges intersect, building on your strengths to foster growth, resilience, and self-compassion.
I am committed to culturally responsive care, honoring the diverse backgrounds and identities of my clients. I believe therapy is a partnership grounded in trust, openness, and flexibility, and I use humor and curiosity to help clients feel safe as they work toward meaningful change.
