Through years of work, school, relationships, and various experiences, I’ve learned how difficult life can sometimes be. It may include traditional talk therapy, mindfulness techniques, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy), or other evidence-based approaches I practice.
