What's My Approach to Therapy?
I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s degree in School Counseling and Clinical Mental Health, a background in education, and over 13 years of experience working with teens, young adults, and families. I’ve been a classroom teacher, a school counselor, and an inpatient therapist, so I understand both the academic and emotional pressures young people face today. My specialties include ADHD, school-related stress, emotional regulation, and low self-esteem. I also support parents who feel overwhelmed or disconnected from their child. I bring a practical, strengths-based, and neurodivergent-affirming approach to therapy, blending compassionate support with strategies clients can start using right away. My goal is always to help families feel more connected, capable, and empowered to face life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
