My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling stuck, unable to move beyond old habits, ways of thinking, and hurts? Are you experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, work performance issues, or chronic pain? I help women navigate these issues to create a life rooted in their values, goals, and desires.
I see myself as a professional guide on your path to creating the life you want. I create a comfortable space where you can define your goals for counselling and create a plan to get there. I have several modes of transportation, counselling modalities, we can use to reach your goal. When we reach the destination, we will celebrate!
In therapy, I employ a judgement-free, person-centred, trauma-informed approach. The modalities I offer include:
