Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you're unsure where to begin or what to expect. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. My goal is to meet you where you are, without judgment, and work together in a way that feels supportive and tailored to your unique needs.
I work with adults and couples navigating everything from anxiety and relationship stress to grief, trauma, and major life transitions. Therapy with me is collaborative and creative; I often incorporate writing or art-based tools to help you explore your inner world in new ways. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices, including trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), and take a trauma-informed approach to everything I do.
