I have been there myself, and I know what it is like to live through physical and emotional pain, to question your sense of identity, and to rebuild from the ground up. I offer two distinct services to support your growth. For clients in Florida, I provide individual therapy focused on issues like anxiety, trauma, identity, and emotional resilience. This work happens under clinical supervision and is rooted in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. For clients located in any state, I offer holistic coaching. This is not therapy, but a guided process that combines mental wellness strategies with nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress support. We explore how your everyday habits impact your mental clarity, energy, and overall well-being.
Whether through therapy or coaching, I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach to help you connect the dots between your inner and outer life.
