Collaborative, Trauma-Informed, and Focused on Lasting Change. I offer trauma-informed, culturally attuned therapy with warmth, clarity, and a non-judgmental stance. Our work together is highly collaborative, focusing not just on symptom relief but on uncovering the deeper relational patterns that contribute to your current struggles. We utilize elements of Internal Family Systems (IFS) to unpack the emotional burdens carried by your "inner child" parts and foster self-compassion, and Attachment Theory to understand how early relational experiences inform your current struggles with boundaries and self-trust. We also incorporate Mindfulness and Somatic Practices to help you step out of overwhelm and process difficult emotions without being consumed by them.
Together, we will work toward concrete goals: learning to set boundaries without shame, moving from people-pleasing dependence to a secure connection with your own intuition, and creating space for the life you truly deserve by breaking generational cycles.
