Session Fees: For inquiries, please message via this site or email me.
I deliver sessions online and work with clients internationally.
I offer a free online 20-minute chat for you to test how you feel in the therapeutic space with me, ask questions, and for me to ask you questions too. I work with people who can commit to a minimum of 12 weekly sessions. This is to allow for the therapeutic process.

My fee is a sliding scale of £65.00 (88 USD) - £130.00 (175 USD) per hour for individual clients, and £120.00 (162 USD) - £150 (202 USD) for couples, depending on a person's circumstances. The lower scale is generally for students or people on benefits. I ask clients to choose where they sit on the scale based on their affordability. Please note that there may be a fluctuation in rates from UK pounds to USD.

I have an agreement that I ask clients to sign. It is a working document, so I work with clients on what they feel comfortable with, and we both sign it before the treatment commences. I ask to be paid 1 month in advance. I also ask kindly for a minimum of 1 month's notice to end treatment. This is to allow for safe endings.

What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am a doctor in art psychotherapy and specialize in working with people who have experienced complex trauma. This may be a range of small experiences or large, isolated events. Symptoms may include feelings of isolation, depression, anxiety, and relationship issues, to name a few.

As well as being a doctor in art psychotherapy, I have training in mindfulness and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), I am psychoanalytically informed, and am currently embarking on accredited eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) training. I am person-centered and have a compassionate approach. I am also qualified to provide clinical supervision and consultancy. I am based in the UK, but deliver sessions worldwide. I provide sessions online.
