What's My Approach to Therapy?
Whether you’ve just been diagnosed with attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) or borderline personality (BPD), are finally ready to face the anxiety or depression you've been living with for years, reeling from a recent fight with your partner, navigating the aftermath of trauma, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, I’m here for you. I offer a compassionate, supportive therapy space where we can explore your challenges through reflective conversations and by introducing practical, therapeutic coping strategies. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches to help clients — both individuals and couples — build insight, emotional regulation, and resilience in a kind, respectful environment.
I value learning in connection and prioritize professional development to continuously further my knowledge. I have four years of experience offering psychotherapy, following five years of work in community settings, including mental health, housing, education, employment, and Indigenous agencies.
I bring a strong foundation in therapeutic practice, enriched by training in evidence-based approaches such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), attachment theory, narrative therapy, the Gottman Method, and trauma-informed care. I also integrate wholistic practices to support each person’s unique healing journey. I offer weekday sessions in-person (North Bay), as well as online in Ontario via secure video, with some evening appointments available virtually.
Your wellness challenges and goals are unique to you. Please reach out by phone or email if you'd like to discuss your therapy needs and explore how we can work together to support your growth and healing. If you're looking for more information, feel free to explore the website.
