Billing and Insurance:

I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Session Fees: Investment in Care:
I work with clients on a private-pay basis, which allows us to keep therapy focused on your goals rather than insurance limitations. Sessions are $240 for 50 minutes (the same rate applies for our extended 90-minute first session). While I don’t bill insurance directly, many clients receive partial reimbursement through their out-of-network benefits. To make this simpler, I provide access to Reimbursify, an app that helps you submit superbills and track claims with ease.

Before beginning, I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can connect, discuss your needs, and ensure we’re a good fit to work together.

What's My Approach to Therapy?

I offer clients a compassionate, trauma-informed, neurodivergence-affirming approach that honors both your history and your resilience. My work blends psychological insight with nervous system healing, so we don’t just explore obstacles, we build your capacity to regulate, recover, and reconnect to joy and meaning.

Whether you’re seeking clarity through assessment (e.g., attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD) evaluation, diagnostic testing) or healing through therapy (anxiety, burnout, relational stress), I tailor sessions to your pace, strengths, and life goals. Healing isn’t about masking pain, it’s about learning to feel more ease, joy, and steadiness in your body while living in alignment with what matters most.

My Practice & Services

What to Expect: Our work together is collaborative, practical, and personalized. I balance evidence-based strategies with a warm, supportive presence so that therapy feels both effective and approachable. I often integrate mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and strengths-based practices to help you not just manage symptoms, but create meaningful, lasting shifts in your life. Clients describe me as down-to-earth, engaged, and genuinely invested in their growth.

On 1211 I'm hosting a 90-minute holiday burnout workshop with practical tools, a workbook, and replay access. all at an affordable cost. The workshop is open to adults nationwide; it is *not* a therapy service.

Groups I Work With

I work with adults and couples who may look like they have everything under control on the outside, but inside are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or exhausted. Many of my clients are navigating stress, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, or questions about identity and neurodivergence (such as ADHD or autism). I also support professionals, students, and caregivers who find themselves constantly “doing” for others while quietly running on empty.

My role is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can pause, reconnect with yourself, and build changes that actually feel sustainable.
