My Approach to Helping
Reaching out for your first session with a counselor can be scary. I offer you a chance to enter a counseling relationship free of judgment, where we can collaborate on your goals and get back to where you want to be. I want to help you learn how to handle anxiety, depression, relationships, pregnancy/fertility issues, and other life struggles.
I can offer online and in-person therapy centered around you. I use many methods in therapy, dependent on what you as an individual need at that moment. Some of these interventions include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and others.
This is your chance to talk with someone outside your day-to-day life who can offer objective support. Don’t hesitate to reach out. You don’t have to go through life without support.
