What's My Approach to Therapy?

I specialize in treating anxiety and anxiety-related disorders, helping clients build tolerance, acceptance, and practical tools to manage stress, trauma, and life transitions. My approach integrates EMDR, somatic-based practices, and mindfulness to support clients in understanding and regulating their anxiety with greater ease and self-compassion.

Through the use of somatic processing and practical skill-building, I help clients better understand their anxiety so they can manage it with confidence. While we can’t make anxiety disappear entirely, we can work together to make it more manageable and less disruptive to daily life.

Feel free to reach out if you’re looking for tools to manage the hard moments and reconnect with the amazing person you already are. You are not the problem — you may just need better tools and support to help you thrive.

My Practice & Services

I work with kids, teens, and adults, navigating anxiety and anxiety-related disorders as well as grief and bereavement.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love watching my clients grow more comfortable in their own skin as they really begin using the tools that help them navigate life with greater confidence. It?s deeply meaningful to witness the self-acceptance and love that emerge as they heal the parts of themselves that once felt broken and learn to embrace what they used to see as the problem.
I truly enjoy watching my clients grow into their full, authentic selves.
